REVES was founded by Cynthia and Sebastian, a German couple with a shared passion for wellness, flavor, and the American dream. They met in Germany—Cynthia was managing a gym, Sebastian was a police officer—and quickly bonded over their love for healthy food and travel.
After years of dreaming, they left their careers behind in 2022, sold everything, and moved to Westfield, NJ to build something of their own. Together, they designed every detail of REVES—from the fresh, natural recipes to the cozy café vibe. Their mission? To help people find happiness through better food, one smoothie and açaí bowl at a time.
